These terms apply when you enrol on and complete a Muse Aesthetics Training course. Please read them before you enrol.
These terms apply to courses provided by [Muse Aesthetics Training Ltd] (“we”, “us”, “Muse”), company number [00000000], registered at [registered address]. By enrolling on a course you agree to these terms.
Your place is confirmed once payment has been received in full, or once an agreed deposit has been paid where a deposit option is offered. Course prices are shown at the point of enrolment and include any taxes stated at checkout.
Where a deposit is paid, the remaining balance is due by the date shown on your enrolment. We may withdraw a place where a balance remains unpaid after that date.
For online courses, we create your student account automatically once payment is confirmed and email you a link to set your password. Access is for your personal use only and must not be shared.
Online course content is self-paced. Access continues for [access period, e.g. 12 months] from the date of enrolment unless stated otherwise for a specific course.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Where you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of enrolling. If you ask us to begin an online course within that period and then cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the content already made available to you. Once an online course has been fully accessed or completed, the right to cancel no longer applies.
For in-person courses, cancellation terms and any deposit that is non-refundable are set out at the point of booking. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Some courses require you to submit evidence for assessment. Your work is reviewed by a Muse tutor, who may approve it or ask you to resubmit. A certificate is issued once your tutor has signed off the course as complete.
Certification confirms completion of the Muse course. Where a course leads to a regulated or accredited qualification, that is stated on the course page and awarded under the relevant awarding body's rules.
All course materials remain our property or that of our licensors. You may use them for your own learning but must not copy, share, resell or publish them without our written permission.
We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law. We use it to provide your course, manage your account and issue certificates.
We provide training in good faith and to a professional standard. We are not liable for how you apply your training in practice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your enrolment is the one published when you enrol. The date below shows when these terms were last updated.
